If you are or were a participant of the the Henry Ford Health System Retirement 401(a) Plan and the Henry Ford System Heritage 403(b) Plan, during the period May 5, 2015, through February 20, 2024 (the “Class Period”). Your rights may be affected by a proposed settlement of this class action lawsuit.
The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement and that approval is upheld in the event of any appeal.
